Capital Works Project at Sunshine Coast Stadium 4 Oct 2022 The Northern Car Park at the Sunshine Coast Stadium is undergoing capital works. The works are part funded by Council and Stimulus Funding. The Car Park has been approved as a condition of the proposed stadium expansion under a Ministerial Infrastructure Designation planning instrument. The site will include: Formalised car spacesSecure parking zone with sliding gatesSecure fencingPWD and general parking spacesLightingLandscape and tree plantingTrial of containerised trees for security & traffic mitigationEvent poles flagsPathwaysBuilding Management System, boom gateCCTV Works are expected to be completed by February 2023.
