Is there somewhere to leave my bicycle?
Bicycle racks can be found at the Northern end of the Stadium on Sportsmans Parade.

Where is the bus stop at the Stadium and what routes is it on?
Translink Bus Routes 600 and 602 run North and South along Nicklin Way on a regular basis.
Patrons can disembark at the following stops:

  • Northbound: Nicklin Way at Kawana Sports Precinct or Nicklin Way at Main Drive
  • Southbound: Nicklin Way at Main Drive or Nicklin Way at Kawana Sports Precinct

Where is the taxi rank?
A taxi rank is only operational on some major events so please check the event page for specific locations. If none are listed, the taxi can drop you at your preferred location.

Is there car parking at major events?
Parking availability changes per event, please check the event page for specific information.

Is there accessible parking?
Accessible parking is made available during major events however the location may change, please check the event page for specific locations. These spaces are available on a first come, first served basis and patrons must display their valid Australian Disability Parking Permit.
Outside of major events, accessible parking is available on the Southern end of Sunshine Coast Stadium and on the Nicklin Way side of our venue. Please note, the Nicklin Way car park may be closed during non-event days.

Authorised ticketing agents may change per event at Sunshine Coast Stadium. Please ensure you check the authorised agent from our event pages or the promoters website before purchasing your tickets.

Patrons may not be admitted if their tickets have been purchased from an unauthorised ticketing agent.

Sunshine Coast Stadium cannot confirm the legitimacy of any tickets purchased via a third-party ticketing outlet and don’t want to see our patrons scammed out of their money.

How are the rows in the grandstand numbered?
Row A is located at ground level and works upwards. Section 1 is at the Southern end of the Stadium, and works northward (2, 3, 4 and 5).

Can I smoke inside Sunshine Coast Stadium?
Sunshine Coast Stadium is a smoke free venue.  Smoking, including e-cigs and/or vapes, is prohibited in all parts of the venue. Patrons who smoke in the venue commit an offence to which fines apply and may be immediately evicted from the venue.

Can I use cash at the Stadium?
All Stadium outlets including ticketing operate as card only payments.

Can I bring my animal into the venue?
Animals are not allowed on site with the exception of service animals.

What is the difference between Sunshine Coast Stadium and Kawana Sports Precinct?
Sunshine Coast Stadium is the main stadium field and is part of the Kawana Sports Precinct. Kawana Sports Precinct includes the Stadium, outer fields, Kawana Sports Western Precinct, Lake Kawana and Kawana Aquatic Centre.

Where is Kawana Sports Western Precinct located? 
The Kawana Sports Western Precinct (Western Fields) are located at Milieu Place of Main Drive, Warana.

Can I bring in a bag?
Only bags under A3 size can be brought into the venue. There is no cloak room facility so please leave them at home or in your car. For a streamlined entry, leave your bag at home and go through the express lane

Can I bring in a blanket or cushion?
You sure can!

Can I bring in a chair or festival style chair?
Chairs are not permitted into the venue.

Can I bring in my pram?
Prams are not permitted into the venue.

Can I bring in any food or drinks?
Patrons may bring homemade food items or special dietary requirements into the venue provided they are packaged appropriately and the items can be easily viewed by Venue Management. Any food or drink products alternative to the above will only be permitted at the discretion of Venue Management.
Sealed, soft water bottles under 1.5L are permitted into the venue.
